We are truly glad that your child is playing football or cheering for PYFL this season. Unfortunately, it is necessary to have a few guidelines for PYFL parents.

Football - Age prior to August 1st of current season will determine football players age. 5 year olds are not allowed.
Cheerleader ages are from 6 - 13.
*New this 2010 season....cheerleaders will be placed on the cheer team with their age group. So, if you cheerleader is 7, she will cheer on the 7.8 year old team, if your cheerleader is 10 she will cheer for the 9.10 team, etc. This season we will not be placing cheerleaders with their siblings that are playing football.
Parents must stay at practice and games with children in case of an emergency, as well as, to hear any changes or announcements made by your Coach or Team Mom.
Players/cheerleaders need to attend all practices and games. They also need to arrive to practice and games on time. Please contact your child’s Coach or Team Mom if he/she is not going to be at practice and/or games.
Please communicate with your Coach and/or Team Mom. If you have an issue with a Coach, please try to calmly discuss it with that Coach away from the children. Then, if he/she has not addressed that issue, please contact one of the Football Commissioners for football or the Cheer Directors for cheer.
Each parent is required to work at home games either in the concession stand, gate or other areas as needed. Your Team Mom will have a sign-up sheet during practice.
Please pick-up after yourself and your family at practice as well as the games. PYFL is responsible for cleaning up, so please show respect for our park as well as the fields that we visit.
In order to participate in this league (football) you must provide a copy of your child's birth certificate. If you have not turned in a copy of your child’s Birth Certificate, we need this ASAP.
Fees are payable at registration. We will not order your child‘s uniform until you have paid your fees.

Resgistration Fee is $75.00 plus City Park Maintenance Fee of $5.00 Total of $80.00 - Payable at registration. Included in this fee is your child's game jersey, game pants (to be returned after season), mouth piece, trophy, banquet, and insurance. All fees are non-refundable.

Football Equipment Rental
PYFL has a limited supply of football equipment that we rent. You may rent this equipment which includes a helmet, shoulder pads and pant pads for $100.00. You will receive a refund of $75.00 at the end of the season, however, the equipment must be returned on the designated day of the season in which you rented the equipment and it must returned in good condition.
